Puberty and personal hygiene PSHE for KS3 girls
This is an hour’s lesson which requires no writing - though you can choose to change the discussion points to written ones!
In this lesson, students will learn about:
The physical and emotional changes in puberty in both genders; how to manage their own hygiene and where to go if things get too much.

This lesson lasts an hour. Could be longer if given more time for final task.
This is a mixture of discussion, observation and poster-making.
In this lesson, students will learn:
What is meant by emotional wellbeing and how that contributes to mental health and overall good health; how to spot someone who is struggling; how to help yourself and others; where to go for extra help.
